Anyone who has been in a narcissistic relationship, has worked to better themselves and desires to turn the black hole of narcissistic abuse into a light that will guide others to freedom.
The goal is not to turn you into a coach, an author or content creator (although if you choose to go those routes because that’s your path, that’s amazing)! The goal is for you to discover how you can authentically integrate this story into your life now, whether that’s creating a business or finding mindful ways to use your skill day-to-day.
