Welcome to my coaching for high performers

Hollywood actors and producers, CEOs, inventors, surgeons and leaders in their field have gone through the coaching that you are about to receive. Whether you feel stuck, burnt out, frustrated, lifeless, or find yourself just going through the motions everyday without connection to them, the next few weeks will transform these walls into bridges, leading you into the most productive and peaceful season of life.

HOW DOES IT WORK? You should have already received a link to pay your invoice. Once you have paid that, you will automatically be sent a contract to sign. This process is built on trust. Without it I won't be able to serve you to the best of my ability. I have had this contract specifically drafted to be stronger than HIPAA so that you are as fully legally protected as possible. My team has signed confidentiality agreements and non-disclosure agreements as well. Also covered in our contract is a money-back guarantee. You will pay for everything in life with either time or money and I believe that if something doesn't work for you, you shouldn't be taxed twice.

Once you’ve signed the contract, you'll receive a welcome email that has a couple of important links inside. The first link will be to take a personality test (Myers-Briggs). Don't worry, I'm not diagnosing you with anything or putting you in a pigeonhole with your results; I need a baseline in order to understand how you see the world when we begin coaching. Please forward that email to me. Do not take screenshots of your results. Even if you've taken this test before and you know “what you are,” I need to see your results because there are percentages attached to each category that are important for me to know. The second link will be to take an attachment style quiz. I will explain more about what this is in our first session, But this also lets me know what is your default way of reacting to stressful or tension-filled situations. You can send a screenshot of this result to me.

The third link will lead you to an intake form. You will choose an area of life that will be the focus of our coaching for all ten sessions. You can’t change this half way through so please take your time when filling this out.

The welcome email will also contain a link to schedule your first three sessions. These three sessions are so important for the rest of our coaching sessions together that they need to be done back to back to back. Choose from either a single three-hour session or three 1-hour sessions that are done on three consecutive days. If my times available do not work for you, send me an email and we will work something out.

During our first session, you will be given the option to record our sessions. I do not keep these past 30 days, so you will need to download your sessions and keep them for yourself if you want to have them. However, please note that I'm not responsible for what Google does with your sessions. I will not keep them in my Drive but I can't prevent them from remaining on the internet.  This is your decision.

Every week that we have a session, you will receive an email from me on that Friday that has a list of notes from our session as well as things that you need to be focused on during the next week leading up to our next session. I do this so that during our sessions you can be fully present with me and not worrying about trying to take notes or remember everything that I'm saying. Your commitment to coaching with me is more important than my commitment to you.

Once you have scheduled your sessions, you will receive a confirmation email that comes automatically. Please keep that email because it has login instructions for our sessions contained within the email.

Do not be late for your sessions. You're going to be given a 10 minute grace period before your sessions, but then you will be charged for that session and you will not be allowed to reschedule it without paying for an additional one-on-one. My time is the most valuable currency that I have, just as yours is, and I will not be taxed twice. :)

The final link for you to pay attention to in the welcome email is an intake form. I need you to fill this out honestly. This also goes to the baseline that I will be using for the duration of our 10 sessions, as well as identifying the most important area of life that you want to work on in these 10 sessions. The tools that I'm going to teach you can be applied to every area of your life, but we need to be very focused on only one area during our first 10 sessions. You will pick this area in this form.

Once we begin coaching, I need you to trust the process. In the first 3-4 sessions it might seem that you're doing the things I've asked of you and you're not seeing traction in outer world changes. That can feel very frustrating. Please trust the process and keep going anyway. The easiest way to describe our dynamic is a player to coach relationship. A football coach sees things differently than the players on the field see them. I respect that you're an expert at what you do. I'm also an expert at what I do.

AFTER OUR TEN SESSIONS ARE DONE, WHAT HAPPENS? After the 10 sessions are completed you'll have three options. The first is to take away everything that we went over and apply it not only in the area of life that we worked on, but in the other six areas as well. This is a great option for people who have chosen to record their sessions and are willing to do the work of going back and listening to those sessions through the lens of another area of life. The second option is to do the first option and, if needed, buy a single session as you feel you need it. These single sessions are only available to people who have already completed a program with me, and it's also important to note that I do not guarantee results from my single sessions because there's not enough follow-up involved. However this is a great option for people who have most of the techniques down but just need a little help or a more advanced tool to get over something they find themselves facing down the road. The third option is to continue coaching with me on a quarterly basis. This means you would hire me for 3 months at a time and you will essentially have unlimited coaching during those 3 months. Daily communication via text or email is included and it would be very important for you to do that when you find yourself straying from the value system we've laid out during our initial 10 sessions. Just as you have a feedback system, the goal of my coaching is to create you a feed forward system so that you know at the first misstep when you are getting away from your goals and your true self-concept.

The point is that you won't be abandoned if you feel you want to continue coaching. If for any reason I decline to continue coaching with you, you will be given a month notice so that you can find another coach or develop another plan with me to move forward with ample time.

If you have found me at a low point in your journey, I especially want to thank you for trusting me to walk with you through it. Coaching to me is like taking somebody to my favorite, secret place that has an incredible view that they've never seen before. Every time I see somebody look down at the beauty of their life in front of them and accepting of their timeline in the past, it drives me to be better at what I do and to help more people get to that vantage point.
